Cookie Policy
Cookies and browser storage
The current public website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, social media embeds or third-party fonts. Its assets are served from this website.
When you select “Remember this notice,” we store a record named adetech.cookie-notice.v1 in your browser’s local storage. It records only the notice version and the time acknowledged. This is local storage, not a cookie, and is not sent to our server.
Your choice
You may close the notice without saving. The site works either way. A remembered notice expires after 180 days and is removed or replaced when the notice is next checked. Clearing this site’s browser data removes it sooner. If browser storage is unavailable, the site remains usable and the notice may appear again.
You can clear the saved acknowledgment by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings. When the notice is open, its “Clear saved choice” button also removes it. Remembering this notice is not consent to analytics or marketing, neither of which is currently included.
Other processing
Normal web requests may be recorded in server logs. See our Privacy Policy. External email or telephone applications have their own privacy practices. If optional tracking is introduced, this policy and the controls must be updated before it is activated.

Privacy Policy
Who we are
ADE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS OPC operates adetech.ph. For privacy questions or requests, email ademar@adetech.ph or call +63 969 032 5197. This is our published contact channel; it is not a representation that a designated Data Protection Officer has been registered.
What information is processed
The website currently has no account registration, checkout, file upload or inquiry form. When your browser requests a page, the hosting infrastructure receives technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and connection status. Apache access or error logs may record this information according to the server configuration.
If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, identification documents or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
Purposes and lawful grounds
Technical data is used to deliver and secure the website and investigate faults or abuse. Inquiry data is used to respond and, where applicable, take steps toward a requested service or perform an agreement. The appropriate legal basis depends on the processing: necessary contractual steps, a legal obligation, legitimate interests subject to your rights, or consent where required. We do not treat browsing as blanket consent.
Storage, access and retention
The site is hosted on a VPS currently described as located in Los Angeles, United States. Requests therefore involve infrastructure outside the Philippines. Hosting and email providers may process data needed to operate their services. Access should be restricted to authorized personnel and providers for the relevant purpose, or when disclosure is required by law.
Data should be kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and applicable obligations. Exact server-log rotation, backup retention, email-provider locations and inquiry-retention periods have not yet been verified for this initial publication. Contact us for the current arrangements; this notice will be updated when those details are confirmed.
Browser storage
The only application storage currently implemented is your optional cookie-notice acknowledgment. See the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request information, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, data portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may seek remedies and complain to the National Privacy Commission. We may need proportionate verification to respond safely.
Security and updates
The website uses HTTPS. No transmission or storage method is risk-free. Material changes in collection, service providers or purpose should be reflected in this notice. The date on this page identifies its latest revision.

Terms and Conditions
Website scope
This website introduces ADE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS OPC and its technology services. Its information is general and does not constitute a binding quotation, service commitment, warranty or offer to supply every listed system in every location.
Service engagements
Scope, price, schedules, payment, delivery, acceptance, warranties and support must be agreed in a separate quotation or contract. Regulated work is subject to applicable laws, required licenses and permits.
Responsible use
Do not use this website unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation or misuse its content. ADE TECH branding and original materials may not be used in a way that implies authorization or affiliation without permission. Other owners retain their rights.
Accuracy and availability
We may update information and correct errors. Uninterrupted availability and the suitability of general content for a particular project are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
External services and privacy
Email, telephone and external links may open services governed by their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains this website’s data practices. A cookie notice acknowledgment is not acceptance of a project contract.
Applicable law and contact
These website terms are governed by applicable Philippine law, without restricting mandatory rights. Questions: ademar@adetech.ph.
Privacy Impact Assessment
Preliminary website assessment — operational validation and company sign-off pending. This is not a compliance certification or a completed assessment of client projects.
Scope and data flow
Scope: the current public brochure website only. Browser → US-hosted VPS → page response; Apache may retain request/error logs. A notice acknowledgment remains in the visitor’s browser. Contact links open external email or telephone services; resulting inquiries are handled outside the website. No analytics, login, inquiry form or online payment is included.
Necessity and minimization
Requests are needed to serve the site. Operational logging should be limited to what is proportionate for security and troubleshooting. Do not place sensitive information in URLs. No optional tracker is needed for the current purpose.
Risk assessment and actions
| Risk | Current measure / required action | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Interception in transit | HTTPS is configured; maintain certificate renewal. | Configured; ongoing monitoring required |
| Unauthorized access to logs and backups | Verify access permissions, access reviews and backup protection. | Validation pending |
| Excessive retention | Document log rotation, inquiry deletion and backup expiry. | Open |
| Overseas hosting and provider access | Identify providers, processing locations and contractual safeguards. | Open |
| Unmanaged inquiry data | Review mailbox access, retention and request handling. | Open |
Review and accountability
A company-designated reviewer must validate data flows, record likelihood and impact, assign action owners and due dates, assess residual risk and approve the result. Those actions have not been completed by publishing this page. Review before adding forms, analytics, accounts or new providers. CCTV, biometric systems and customer deployments require their own assessments.

Data Processing Agreement
Discussion framework only — not an executed agreement. A project-specific agreement and processing schedule must be completed and signed by the parties before covered processing begins.
Parties and roles
ADE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS OPC and the customer must identify their legal names, authorized signatories, contact details, and whether each acts as personal information controller or processor for the particular activity. Roles must reflect actual operations.
Required processing schedule
The signed agreement must state the subject, purpose, duration and nature of processing; categories of data and data subjects; lawful instructions; access arrangements; storage locations; approved transfers; retention and return or deletion requirements.
Processor obligations to agree
- Process only on documented lawful instructions, including instructions for transfers.
- Restrict access to authorized people subject to confidentiality.
- Apply proportionate technical, physical and organizational safeguards.
- Define subprocessor authorization, responsibilities and change notification.
- Assist with data-subject requests, assessments and applicable regulatory obligations.
- Notify the controller of a personal data breach without undue delay, with agreed reporting channels and time limits that support legal deadlines.
- Provide appropriate compliance information and agreed audit cooperation.
- Return or delete data at the end of services, subject to lawful retention, and define backup handling.
Commercial and legal provisions
The parties must agree security measures, incident contacts, audit limits, allocation of responsibilities, liability, termination, governing law and signatures. Publication or browsing does not execute this framework or replace a contract.
Request a project-specific agreement through ademar@adetech.ph.

Data Breach Notice
General breach information and reporting channel. This page is not an announcement of a specific incident and is not a substitute for direct notification to affected people or the regulator.
Report a concern
If you suspect unauthorized access, loss or disclosure involving ADE TECH, email ademar@adetech.ph with the subject “Privacy incident” or call +63 969 032 5197. Describe what happened and when, and include a safe way to reach you. Do not send passwords or copies of exposed personal records in your initial report.
Response process
Reports should be assessed promptly, evidence preserved, exposure contained and the impact evaluated. Not every security event requires breach notification. Where the applicable notification threshold is met, the controller must notify the National Privacy Commission and affected individuals within the applicable period, generally 72 hours from knowledge or reasonable belief of a breach requiring notification, subject to the rules.
Information in an incident notice
A specific notice should explain the nature of the breach, personal data possibly involved, measures taken, recommended protective steps, the responsible contact and any material updates. Details must be based on verified findings and shared safely with affected people.
Protective steps
If you believe an account is affected, change its password through the official service, enable multi-factor authentication where available and be cautious of unsolicited requests for credentials. Incident-specific recommendations will depend on the facts.
